BRCL4054CME是一款完整的單節(jié)鋰離子電池采用恒定電流/恒定電壓線性充電器。其SOT封裝與較 少的外部元件數(shù)目使得BRCL4054CME成為便攜式應(yīng)用的理想選擇。BRCL4054CME可以適合USB電源 和適配器電源工作。 The BRCL4054CME is a complete constant-current/constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries. Its Thin SOT package and low external component count make the BRCL4054CME ideally suited for portable applications. Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The BRCL4054CME can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 25μA. Other features include charge current monitor, under voltage lockout, automatic recharge and a status pin to indicate charge termination and the presence of an input voltage.
