LED 顯示屏(LED display),又叫電子顯示屏或者飄字屏幕,是由 LED 點陣組成, 通過紅色或綠色燈珠的亮滅來顯示文字、圖片、動畫、視頻等各種信息的顯示屏幕,內(nèi)容可 以隨時更換,各部分組件都是模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),通常由顯示模塊、控制系統(tǒng)及電源組成。顯示模 塊由 LED 燈組成的點陣構(gòu)成,負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)光顯示;控制系統(tǒng)通過控制相應(yīng)區(qū)域的亮滅led顯示屏設(shè)計,可以讓屏 幕顯示文字、圖片、視頻等內(nèi)容,恒舞動卡主要是播放動畫的;電源系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)將輸入電壓或 電流轉(zhuǎn)為顯示屏需要的電壓電流。 關(guān)鍵詞:LED;數(shù)據(jù)傳輸;信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng);單片機 1 1 緒論 1.1 LED 顯示屏的研究背景及意義 發(fā)光二極管(LED),是一種把電能變成光能的特種器件,主要由 PN 結(jié)芯片、 電極和光學(xué)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)受到外界激發(fā)后,會從穩(wěn)定的低能態(tài)躍遷到不穩(wěn)定 的高能態(tài),當(dāng)系統(tǒng)由不穩(wěn)定的高能態(tài)重新回到穩(wěn)定的低能態(tài)時,能量差以光的形 式輻射出來,就會產(chǎn)生發(fā)光現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)在 PN 結(jié)上加以正向電壓之后,P 區(qū)的空穴 注入至 N 區(qū),N 區(qū)的電子注入至 P 區(qū),相互注入的電子與空穴相遇后即產(chǎn)生復(fù)合, 這些多數(shù)載流子在結(jié)的注入和復(fù)合中產(chǎn)生輻射而發(fā)光。
