1高壓斷路器回路電阻測試儀的試驗研究與改進 霍鳳鳴1 李媛媛2 李英鋒3 1、 河北省電力研究院(石家莊 050021) 2、 啟和科技(保定 071051) 摘要: 斷路器回路電阻測試儀是電力系統(tǒng)常用的試驗儀器, 目前斷路器直阻測試都是采用典型的四線制測量法, 在現(xiàn)場試驗時會由于電壓測試線接觸不良, 出現(xiàn)錯誤判斷甚至不能進行測試的問題。 本文提出在電壓測試線兩端加一個小電流恒流源, 用來判斷電壓測試線接觸是否良好, 打破了電壓測試線不加電流的局限, 創(chuàng)造性的提出了改進型四線制測量法, 結(jié)合研制的智能型回路電阻測試儀, 在電壓測試線接觸不良時, 儀器能夠及時準確提示, 使得測試儀器測出的數(shù)值一定是被試品的真實電阻, 節(jié)約測試時間, 提高了工作效率, 避免了錯誤判斷的問題。 本產(chǎn)品已申請專利, 專利號: 201 020581 21 8. 8。 Abstract: The circuit breaker loop resistance tester is the test instrument commonly used in Power Systems.Currently, the means used for circuit breaker direct resistance testing is typical four-wire measuring method . While in the field test , the misjudgement and even the problem that testing can’t be done may occur as a result of bad contact in the voltage test line . In this paper, the author proposes that a voltage test line’s ends add a small constant current source, to judge whether the line’s contact is good or not . The idea broke the limitation of adding no current in voltage test line , and creatively put forward the improved four-wire measuring method. Then the intelligent loop resistence tester based on this is developed .
